CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation by Participant
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the official Ātmīyaṁ™ email ID along with:

Registered email ID used for booking

Transaction ID / Payment proof

Full name of participant
Cancellation timelines and refunds:

90 days or more before event start date: 100% refund of base amount

Between 90 to 60 days: 50% refund of base amount
-
Between 60 to 45 days: 25% refund of base amount
-
Within 45 days of event: No refund
Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from approval
-
Refunds will be made only to the original payment source

Payment gateway charges, forex charges, taxes, and bank fees are non-refundable

Any currency conversion differences will be borne by the participant
Non-Transferability

Tickets are non-transferable, unless explicitly approved in writing by Ātmīyaṁ™
No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event will be treated as a no-show

No refunds will be issued
Event Cancellation / Changes
Ātmīyaṁ™ reserves the right to:

Reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances
In such cases:

A credit note or rescheduled participation may be offered towards an upcoming event

Refunds (if any) will be at the sole discretion of the organizer
