CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by Participant

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the official Ātmīyaṁ™ email ID along with:

  • Registered email ID used for booking

  • Transaction ID / Payment proof

  • Full name of participant
     

Cancellation timelines and refunds:

  • 90 days or more before event start date: 100% refund of base amount

  • Between 90 to 60 days: 50% refund of base amount

  • Between 60 to 45 days: 25% refund of base amount

  • Within 45 days of event: No refund
     

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from approval

  • Refunds will be made only to the original payment source

  • Payment gateway charges, forex charges, taxes, and bank fees are non-refundable

  • Any currency conversion differences will be borne by the participant
     

Non-Transferability

  • Tickets are non-transferable, unless explicitly approved in writing by Ātmīyaṁ™
     

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend the event will be treated as a no-show

  • No refunds will be issued

Event Cancellation / Changes

Ātmīyaṁ™ reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances

In such cases:

  • A credit note or rescheduled participation may be offered towards an upcoming event

  • Refunds (if any) will be at the sole discretion of the organizer
