Nature of Experience

Ātmīyaṁ™ is a curated wellness and personal transformation gathering involving:

  • Meditation

  • Art & Movement sessions

  • Emotional and psychological workshops

  • Nature-based experiences

Participation is voluntary and self-driven.

 

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By registering, the participant acknowledges:

  • Participation involves physical, emotional, and psychological activities

  • The participant is medically and mentally fit to attend

  • The participant voluntarily assumes all risks, including injury, illness, or unforeseen incidents

Ātmīyaṁ™, its founder, team, facilitators, partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Injury, illness, accidents, or death

  • Emotional distress or psychological impact

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

Medical & Emergency Disclaimer

  • Participants are responsible for their own health condition

  • Any pre-existing medical or psychological conditions must be disclosed

  • Ātmīyaṁ™ does not provide medical supervision

  • Emergency support (if any) is facilitative, not guaranteed

Code of Conduct

Ātmīyaṁ™ is a safe, respectful, and conscious space.

Strictly prohibited:

  • Use or possession of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants

  • Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

Violation will result in:

  • Immediate removal from the event

  • No refund under any circumstances

Personal Responsibility Clause

Participants agree that:

  • They are fully responsible for their actions, decisions, and well-being

  • Ātmīyaṁ™ is not responsible for self-harm, misconduct, or interpersonal disputes

Content & Media Consent

  • Photos/videos may be captured during the event

  • By attending, participants grant irrevocable rights to Ātmīyaṁ™ to use media for:

    • Marketing

    • Promotions

    • Documentation

If a participant wishes to opt out, a written request must be submitted prior to the event.

Payment & Pricing

  • Prices may not be publicly listed and may be shared via:

    • Brochures

    • Private communication

  • By making payment, the participant agrees to:

    • The pricing shared privately

    • All applicable policies

Force Majeure

Ātmīyaṁ™ shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Acts beyond reasonable control

​

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India

  • Jurisdiction: Ernakulam, Kerala
